Better contact paypal by phone if you can afford that. Because Paypal e-mail customer service really s*cks. You will wait for some 3-5 days and then get a reply with nothing that can resolve your problem. Either they will ask you to visit their help pages ot they will ask you to contact your bank/credit card provider and blah blah blah...

 

Oh yea,use Skype,the rates are really cheap.

 

I cant afford talking to PayPal...is there any cheap service to talk to them like by yahoo messenger?

Mine will cost around $0.55 pm and I listen by many ppl that they take about 20-30 min. to give you right answers....

I would to suggest on using Skype it will be cheap. U really have a problem. I will make a Guide for u about verification method for paypal. Keep in touch.

Did you try using debit card to verify? The debit card with visa does not have any 3 digit verification numbers.

 

I added Visa Credit Card and they replied that we cannot accept visa from your account for verification due to certain reasons. I added a MasterCard and it works fine..

Now they need to documents..I sent them today 7 hours before, they havent repied me even that they have recieved my documents...

Haven't you got a reply yet? That's what paypal customer service is lol...Don't worry, atleast you will get a reply, though little bit late
