Still Shows Past Title, Description And Keywords

    After checking with a meta tag checker, I found that in the search result shows my old blog name, description and keywords. When I opened my View Source Page, I find the old title, description and keywords are still in there.
    A few months back when I make the changes, I have already updated all the three meta tags.

    Where did I go wrong?

    Can you check when was the last time it was cached?
    Did you, at some point, resubmit your sitemap or fetch as google?
