Of course Off-page is working if you do it quality. If you use traditional methods like directories, articles, blog comments, forums then it's definitely not going to work. Infact, you'll get penalized by Google. Try modern methods like Guest blog, theme based links, high quality content promotion, etc.

 

I mainly concentrate on Youtube video marketing. The on-page SEO is fairly quick to set up and sometimes is sufficient to get a Youtube page 1 ranking if done carefully. But sometimes off-page SEO is required as well. I've found that buying 1,000 EDU backlinks from Fiverr works wonders where the competition is stiff.

 

Of Course, Off-Page is important for SEO. Without off-page we can't build backlinks and also it affects traffic too. Do Quality work not Quantity work.

When I said High Quality content promotion, I meant of promoting content which is highly useful for your users, which either provides high quality information which they have never heard or read before or which provides solution for their problems.

Consider below give points as guidelines for your content promotion-

* Write something new: Always try to write about a topic which is fresh, your article is of no use to the user if he already has subsequent amount of information regarding that topic. Research about which are topics

* Target Audience: Before you are trying to write something make sure whom are you writing for, and don’t say you are writing for people. Narrow down your search and be specific about which industry/ niche you are targeting, what are your services/ products and who will benefit the most out of it.

* SEO it: Always keep mind to write for the users and not for search engines, your soul purpose must be providing high quality information for your potential readers. Also while creating the content make sure you include proper keywords/ keyword phrases/ headings etc , which is really helpful for optimizing your content, you don’t have to be SEO genius to do so. While optimizing the content make sure you’re not overdoing it, remember that less is more.

*Publish: Where you post your content also plays an important role in content promotion. Your highly informative content is of no use for your target audience if they can’t find it. Making your content available for your existing base of target audience will help a lot.

*Promotion: Use your fanbase on social media profiles for your content promotion to make it available for larger target audience.

Now Google gives more priority on quality. So you should be very careful when creating the backlinks for your website.

 

It sure does. To attain success online with your site i.e rank high on the search engines, both on page seo and offpage seo are vital. When you have planned your web page and optimized that page for your target keywords, it is important and neccessary to carryout off page linking strategies with the targeted keywords linking back to the site. The search engines recognizes the optimized keyword(s) for that page and at thesame time takes cognizance of the keyword(s) that is the anchor text with which other sites link back to your site.

There and then, the site gradually rises in the search engines for that keyword. I strongly believe that the off page SEO plays more role in the ranking of a site.

The backlinking strategy adopted as well may make or mar your offpage seo.
