I have read your 'duplicate content' article.
You seems to be SEO oriented. Do you believe the site has duplicate content?
Unless I'm wrong, I'll say the site looks similar for each page, however, it is different articles on each page.
You have very good SEO advice here. Thanks
Talking about SEO tips, I thought this was the right place to ask. But my first post shows a red card for wrong place  :(

Gumtree spam as well as a large % of unrelated links and duplicate content. On a new domain really if google was doing its job properly then this site shouldn't be indexed no?

Gumtree and everything else, even thread from DP!!
Show the links which are not related to foreclosure Real Estate.
Uniques content - articles wrote be me - have been submitted to thousands of articles sites. Are they uniques now? No!
A website with unique content doesn't exist...

When you submit articles to thousands of sites your NOT supposed to keep that same article on your own site. Either submit to the article sites and don't put that article on your site or rewrite the version you put on your site, that way theres no duplication.

    Ooh...Ok...make sense.
Very few people do that though. Each time I click an article with link pointing to the site, it's there, as is...So I thought that was the way to go...
