Still not on Google

I typed the URL in the Google search again today. Not there :(
I saw that one of my articles begins to show up on several article sites.
The site is 3 months old now, bunch of inbound links, several articles (28), a clear sitemap also, and I put the URL in directories and in a PR3 site but it's not on Google. It is all over Yahoo and MSN though. But I'd like Google...
It gets 150-200 uniques/days with $5-$6 adsense money.
    Don't know what to do...

Is it a brand new domain name that you reg'd?

Or is it a domain that you picked up from a drop or purchased?

That could make a difference (banned domain if its used).

I think you need to check history of this domain using alexa's back to history tool. As it's possible that somehow this domain using to any spam or virus related pages or have any issue with google (banned etc.)

How long do you own this domain? Check its history - the domain could have been used for some purposes that made google ban it. Also check if there is any impediment for google bot to crawl your site.

It could be banned by Google.. log into your Google sitemap account and check when is the last time the bots have indexed your site.

I would think that most probably you need to submit a re-inclusion request to Google.

The only problem I see is my sitemap is a .html file and it should be .xml file, unless I'm wrong.

This site was registered in Sept - how long has the actual content been on it?

There is not obvious reasons I can see for it not being indexed (home page at least) ... the only real issue of any kind was the duplicate content

    The first 2 articles in the side navigation can also be found at;

    http://www.reiclub.com/articles/flipping-property-easy
    http://www.reiclub.com/articles/wholesale-real-estate-market

How much more duplicate content is there on the site? Is there ANY unique content?

Do you own other sites? Do they have some of this dupe content as well?

    Since the beginning

Some articles come from other people.

Other articles are duplicate, and also from RSS. I have so far 3 articles that are uniques, that I wrote. But I put them also on iSnare.com, goarticles.com, etc...

Yes I have others (my sig). The simplest they are, the higher they are on search engine...This one is the only one I get trouble to get it indexed on Google. What I need is probably a good SEO course !!
It brings $4-$6/day, coming from other source, mainly written articles...

Well, everything else seems to be in order.. and if you have no networks of sites running (owner profile) - then I have to think the duplicates are causing some grief

Your link profile seems good enough to at least get partially indexed...

Do you have some affiliate programs on the site?

Yes, there is CJ for the free foreclosure image on left. There's ebay on the right. And adsense of course...

If you have an existing site that does get crawled just link to from there. All you have to do is just link a ".' (period) or something in case it's not related or you don't want anyone seeing it. I do this and get new sites indexed in a matter of days.

Good idea. Do you need to link the dot or just the URL is enough?
I already have the URL on a PR3 and on a high positioned site, but it is only the URL.

It won't matter - as I said your link profile is such that at VERY least your home page should have been indexed by now. It seems folks are guessing NOT actually analyzing the site. You have enough backlinks to be marginally indexed.

Affiliate stuff is often seen as duplicate content since it is out there elsewhere..

So I would imagine you're not getting love because of the amounts of duplicate content on the site.... that's my hunch.

It may be time to start offering the SEs something they don't already have.. as in Unique content....

Actually just having it on your sig here, should be enough to get it indexed.

Unique content is really something subjective.
I have Real Estate writers putting their articles on the site, and most probably on others sites. Thus, it become non-unique.
On my side, I've written 3 articles that I put first on my website. Is it unique? at that point, yes. But with the idea to boost my site, I submitted my 3 articles on other articles sites for back links. At that point, a search will proof that it is not unique anymore since you may find these 3 articles somewhere else...Am I wrong?
I just need to understand some Search Engine Optimization tips to make it better.

Well the first thing U may want to do is understand duplicate content better (read article in link above)

As I mentioned, no one seems to be actually looking at your link profile. I have and it is more than enough to be indexed. There are other troubles at play
