Hello everyone, I signed up for Azoogle in the end of February and racked up $34 in my first couple days. The next month I brought in $165. To date I have been paid March's money of $165 however never saw the $34. I have called over since April I have e-mailed, tried everything to get a hold of them and still nothing. It's not so much that $34 is a lot as I want to make sure that if something goes wrong (especially if at some point this is a lot more money) that I will be helped by this company. I don't believe in blasting companies and bringing my personal business into forums but I really have no other way, I've tried every normal channel of contacting Azoogle. Thank you.
Yes but I made $35 in February and $165 in March which means I should have received a check for $200, instead I just got the $165 and they pretended the $35 never happened. I have gotten well over $50 since February yet that one $35 still has not been sent, there really is no other way to go about it.
Ah yes, sorry, should have read your post more carefully. Do you have an account manager you can contact? Azoogle has always paid me exactly on time, so this was probably just a glitch on their end.
I've heard it can be kind of difficult to get a hold of their AM's if your not making much, but I'd definitely say that's the first step. Just add them on AIM, and they should be available.
Yes, ask your AM about this...Only Azoogle can pay you, DP members cannot I find it hard to believe that you've tried "every channel" and have still come up unsuccessful
Was the unpaid $35 from a particular advertiser? Sometime advertiser doesn't pay the bill and your payment will be onhold. Contact Azoogle to find out.
I would try calling Azoogle as this puts them on the spot to fix the problem for you. Just be nice and polite, and if you don't get the correct answer the first time, write down the person you spoke with. Then call back, and if you don't get the answer, ask to speak with a manager.
Call them, and let them know you are on the DP forum and wicked fire (hint) talking about this. They will resolve it...
Well the problem is i have tried "all channels" I have called them countless times over and over and just get answering, I leave a proper message every time. I have sent about 6 e-mails, and sent one to my AM with no luck, what other channels am I missing?
GT... I thought you were paying for all the payrolls for the Azoogle affiliates...? Has that changed?
Nope... referral commissions are pocket change, I was referring to you paying for the $xx,xxx,xxx of monthly/weekly commission checks of every single AzoogleAds affiliate
