Still no stats showing

    Coop Weight > 40,000

    4 ads total -- two phpBB forums -- both validate -- weights consolidated to master account.

    Coop ads are displaying correctly on both sites

    Of the 4 ads, zero impressions showing for 3. The 4th ad shows impressions for March 31 and April 1 only. This situation unchanged in at least ther past week.

    Question:

    Are the stats broken? Or am I doing something incorrectly?

    It looks like it wasn't sending your ads into the live ads table because somehow you were able to bind your master account to itself. I unbound it for you, and tested it, and it seems like it's fine now. But I'm going to need to look into how you were able to actually do that. You wouldn't happen to know would you?

    Two of my ads out of Twenty seemed to have the same issue (I had checked an hour ago).

    Then as I was writing this post I just checked them to make sure they were still showing 0 and just like that they are fully working.

    If you fixed something Shawn, good work!

    I don't know.

    All I can suggest is that when I first tried to add another site into the Coop, I didn't realize initially that I needed to open another account. I just added it through account settings and I suspect at that point or a day or two later bound it to what I thought was the master. Still later, I realized that what i had done was not add the 2nd site buty replace the 1st one, so I went back in and created a 2nd account for the 2nd site, bound it to the master, and edited the original account back to the original (1st) site.

    I added a double-check to the system so it does not happen in the future (it will let you know you can't bind an account to itself if you try).

    Actually, Shawn broke it but he and I came to an agreement: I take the rap for this so he doesn't look bad in the internet community and as payment he doesn't ban me from the forum or the coop.

    It seemed like a pretty fair deal to me :D
