I have ordered 3 times from 313i, first two i was very happy with.

However the third banner i really dident like at all, it loked like something a child had put together in 2 minutes.

I did email and say that i was sorry to say that i dident like the banner at all, he den replyed me saying:
"We are sorry that you are not happy with the final design but our policy on revisions does not include a change in design/images."

Well he is right, that is their policy. So it is my own fault that i dident specified what images, colours, flash animations that i wanted on the banner.... On the other hand, if I did know that I could just makethe banner my self....

I am not saying "dont buy" form this guy, but i am saying that you need to be aware that if you are un-happy with the design, he will not change that....

 

I would like you to find me a child that could create that in 2 minutes (for $5.00) lol

Oh and don't let them go to some stock photo site and purchase some poker chip images because those were made by me, by hand, for you.

Yes that is right. It cuts down on people getting free banner's.

So what is the problem? And why are you posting?

I will change many aspects of a banner design. However there are some things that I will not as I am not in the business of creating graphics for free.

Your best bet would be to provide me with detailed information as to what you want in the design.

An example of what not to send in (as ronnyb sent in) would be
"TEXTS_1: Something about poker, 50% rake back, daily free roll's, 100% first deposit bonus, create private tables

NOTE_1: The banner is to be used on www.********.com and will link to the ************** so you see what you find that you can use.."

That does not tell me much othere then to make it in a poker style.

Give me no details other then "something about poker" and you get a "somthing about poker" banner As custom as I can get it. In ronnyb's case I created a custom set of 3d poker chips set on a poker style (green) felt background with light animation.

I am not aware of any child that can do it in 2 minutes.
I thought it turned out well lol.

 

I dont want to go into a long discussion with you, the purpose of my post was to tell people that they need to be accurate in describing their wishes when ordering a banner from you.

And i also said that the reason why my banner did not turn out the way i wanted it to was my own fault, sins i was not accurate enough in describing my wishes.

You wirte:

Seems like after I paid and was promised 72 hours to see my banner and its been 5 days and no news from him. I know that it is just $5 but then again it is the business ethic here. Why some people just run away with it. If he cannot get my banner done in time, he could just have contacted me, I am reasonable. If he can't do it then tell me about it.

This is bad.

That's odd... Mine were ready in about 10 hours.. I would give them the benifit of the doubt. Something may have happened, hopefully nothing serious!

 

Yeah I know. he doesn't seems to be around here this week. I guess I just got trapped in a bad timing.

The last time I heard from him was when I signed up on April 23rd/24th. He doesn't reply my email, PM or even update this thread.

** He finally contacted me after I've got Paypal to contact him. Apparently I never received his email for some reasons.

 

I've been getting banners for months from 5 dollar banners and have always been happy. And I am absolutely the worlds worst at desrcibing what I want.

I mean the worst.

And for 5.00 bucks ... it's not worth the pain for me to open photoshop for that

Hi 313i,

I have paid for two banners and also sent you a PM but haven't heard from you since last 26 hours. On your website you claim you will provide the banners 'usually' in 24 hours. But I haven't even received any response from you. Could you at least return my PM?

 

Just FYI, since I did not receive any response from you in last 48 hours, even after couple of messages to you, I have complained Paypal and have asked for the refund of my payment.
