    I'm open to any topic excluding warez and other illegal activities. Must be a .com, .net, org .org domain. English only. Do not offer me a forum that is clearly stolen content or paid posters or garbage posting in general.

    depending on the site my budget can go up 8K USD.

    No, I can make a new forum myself. I want an already active forum that I will do extensive work on. I'm interested in buying the members and the member generated content essentially, not cookie cutter forum template with no members that I could slap that together myself in 5 mintues.

    By the way, your health forum is nice looking. It just doesn't have enough members.
