Still limited

    paypal just limited me, it asks for me to confirm location so i bought a VCC and entered it in and it worked, but it is still limited and is still asking to confirm my location. should i just wait a few days for them to solve it or should i email them?

    Adding VCC can not confirm your location. That's why your account is still limited!

    They need to call you and they give you a four digit number wich you need to verify on the page,this means confirming your location,hope that helps.

    someone said a vcc would do it...

    I already added my phone and they called...

    I guess I'll just email them
