hi to all members around 6 month ago i recived my first payment on paypal. i have done some research work and recive 50$. after accepted the payment paypal limit my account becouse "its on risk" i dont know why?!?!?! they hold my money for 180$. 5 days ago i entered my credit card and become verified... but my account is still limited. i wrote them 5 mails but no response. what i need to do now?!?!?! i need this account coz i will recive a new payment next week. can i open a new account and recive my money or it will be limited too? please HELP me
I think you had better give them a call. Paypal only allows 2 accounts(1 personal & 1 premier/business) per person..
Ya, you call them from your Mobile ! And only verifying your account doesn't means that they will remove limitations ! They ask for some id proofs ! Just have a look on them in the resolution center. And don't forget to call them. Call them in evening time as per IST. - Digital -
i called them from mbile and from home phone, but still no response! any other nr to call them from slovenia? i have uploaded my ID photo and last bank statement too. still nothing...
its strange some time if the funds are invalid ( like stolen cc , unauthorized transaction ) they mark as risk and results in limits but refund of such transaction removes limits too. but your case is little diff btw when you created your pp account were u in slovenia or any other palce ? ( some times geo locations changes may affects limitations )
i was in slovenia. and account was created a few days before my first payment recived. no other transaction done with it. i still cant contact them and no response via email. tried again to send an email right now... its the 6th or 7th email
Call them on their US number and they will pick up the call and also help you ! Thats the only thing you can do. - Digital -
Well, if you need your account you need to call them ! By the way you can also call them for free from Skype on their toll free number ! Now don't ask how to do it, just make a search or Google and you will get it ! - Digital -
do you have paypal skype contact email? i will try in this way coz i will recive a microphone on monday
after gave all the document they want dont push them just wait until 1 week to them if still no response you can call them after that they limited our account thousand of days
Your best of being patient and getting it verified than making too many accounts and getting a bad reputation with them, trust me it isn't wise. I hear so many ppl can't use them as they got screwed when younger (under 18 years of age)
