Still can't withdraw paypal

    Okay well I got sent a PP payment for a site I sold so I decided to go through the withdraw process.
    I set up Online banking with my bank Abbey and then told paypal to deposited the text amount of 0.xx . This successfully went through

    Then when I tried withdrawing the whole amount paypal could not do it and took $30 off my account for trying!!!!

    I emailed them several times and they said crap like my bank account was not sufficient enough to receive the money.

    So how the HELL did they deposit the test amount in the first place with no problem.

    This whole problem happened 6 months ago but I am eager to withdraw my hundreds of dollars locked up in PP otherwise I am doomed to be spending it online

    Maybe you can try out third party withdrawing programs like Xoom..:)

    From what I read on Paypal, you can only withdraw to either a UK or US Bank account.

    Rather getting charged for the $30 penalty, why not just try Xoom service instead. Much more reliable and faster way to send money. You need to check and confirm whether they allow transfer to your own bank account or better way is to send the money to a close relative whom you can trust.
