Still can't post to Reviews or Link Exchange

    Even though I believe that I meet the necessary requirements (have been a member for just over 7 days, no red reputation, 28 posts) I still can't start a new thread in the Website Reviews or Link Exchange sections.

    Am I missing something? :)

    Maybe the cron job has to do its work before you can post. Anyway just wait a little longer, it won't hurt anyone.

    As wisdomtool said, permissions are set by a cron job. Forum leaders can not intervene in the process, so you must play the waiting game for job to run.

    And for the record, the link exchange area requires 14 days; not 7. After the system updates after the 7th day, you'll be able to access reviews, but not the BST forums yet.
