Still cannot start new thread

    Hi..i need help..

    Until now i still cannot start new thread under the the Buy Sell, i have domains to sell but i cannot do that because i cannot start new thread.

    Please help me.

    Hi, i think that you need to have at least 20 post, being a member for two weeks and not in red. What means to be in red ?
