Stick this post to the front page – NOT-WORKING

When you STICK the articles in my blog on the home page “do not work”. “Stick this post to the front page” in WordPress

Why?

 

Your front page could not support sticky posts. For example your theme can use a static front page?

 

If you need to put some posts in your static front page then you need to use a widget there.

Try to set layout to grid and check if the sticky posts is being presented in the front.

Go to Appearance->Themes->Customize->Front Page Content
Check you don't have a category filter applied.

 

Just installed fresh customizr theme on my test wordpress and it's working as in the docs.
