Steps to promote a website

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me how many submissions(directory, article, social bookmarking, blog comments, press release..etc) required for promoting a website?

Also please tell me what are the steps to promote a website.

My website is one yr old.

and can i do it for 1 click ? i mean automated?
so i can do all with 1 or 2 click ?

 

* Think about what are you going to promote, set your major keyword and site description first (research your keyword for the best result)
* Setting up your website, make it simple, clean navigation, informative, and get rid of useless information that does not reflect your website niche.
* Set your site plugins, don't use too many plugin, you don't want your page load heavier because excessive use of plugin.
* Make a content that easier to read/understand, unique and original content is better and be consistent about it.
* Setting up your RSS to some social media or someone that interested with your site content
* Submit your article to web directory like Articlebase or Ezine.
* Doing forum and submit your content to social media.
* Do it step by step, no need to rush (rushing will only make it worse, you can lose your focus)

That is the basic step after all that, see how your site doing on SERP..if you site is not doing so well retrace your step and see what is wrong about it, and if your site is doing good then keep it up, don't be lazy...this thing is a never ending process so it's better if you learn it the hard way to get better result later than faster way but you are not gain anything from it in other word: White Hat SEO is better than Black Hat SEO.

No one can comment how many submission you have to do ,earning through website is a process like taking out water from ocean there is no limit so more you work more you will gain .. good luck .

But you also need a good and original content on your website.

 

There is no limit in doing submissions for SEO.

 

I agree with anuragcorporate views about no. of submission for SEO..but article and press release, forums posting and blog commenting will help to get relevant visitors traffic for website..Best of Luck..

for me, there are no particular numbers of how many linkns you shall build everyday. As long as it would look less than as spamming, it is good. i usually do:
20 directory submission (for my blog and site)
60 social bookmarking sites
20 classified ads
20 article submission
10 blog commenting/forum posting
