Steps to getting a site indexed in google?

    Submit ur site to different directories.

    At first, add a sitemap to be sure that all pages are indexed. Then, second, build links for fast index.

    how fast is a "fast" index. Say i got a few pr3 links to my site. And submitted a sitemap, how long is the typical wait for complete indexing?

    depends, but the fastest can be 2 to 3 days, try putting your link in your forum signatures
