    Hi Guys,

i'm doing bum marketing at the moment and have made a sale! i also have a server, i take it the next step is registering a domain and making you OWN landing page to grab the customer then doing pretty much the same as bum redirecting would that be right?

    cheers

Yep, pretty much. I like to put landing pages on blogger though, lol. I just don't think it's worth it to buy new domain names all the time...

Actually, for niches that are not my main ones, I use a free blogger blog for landing pages. On my IM blog, that theme has a landing page feature, which removes the sidebar and all that, pretty awesome stuff.

I would recommend finding a niche that does good for you and then building a site around that niche. That whole website can be a landing page for that one niche. Maybe you could install Wordpress on your server if it doesn't already have it. People love to read blogs and it's a big traffic generator.

Just remember to update, update, update!

If you can register the right general
    domain that would help.

you mean a generic domain name kind of thing then, just add sub domains for every product?

    cheers

I don't get why people would be uncomfortable with buying a new domain for every product.

If finances are that tight, just go for a .info. $0.99 isn't gonna break the bank, but it might make you look a bit more professional and memorable in terms of return traffic.
