Very well put graphic. Shows there is more to it than just getting a website or blog up.

There is your key. Too many people doing the same things.
    Don't do those things.

Good road map. Divided into two ways. One is slow but free another one is quicker but risky.

So McDonalds Burger King Wendys Arbys KFC Dominos Pizza Hut should all close?

We can all do the same thing. (Sell fast food for example) but yet be different

    KFC frys chicken

    McDonalds frys round burgers -

Burger King grills on open flame round burgers

    Wendys grills square burgers.....

Dominos & Pizza Hut both sell the same pizzas just with different names and sales promotion.

    :D

yes this are the quick steps but here is not described much. I do this and it is going pretty good so far in 1 month of doing this I made already 60$, you just need to take more steps and work which is not easy.

You are talking about companies that have been around for years and have multi-million dollar advertising, marketing and operating budgets.
I am not saying you can't compete, but you should be realistic about what resources you have to work with, and how saturated the market is, combined to the actual need for the product.

There is always room for competition in this world, that's what makes the web so great, but, be realistic.
