Buying Steaming Video / Download Service - Hosting Provider - $25 BUDGET

    Hello all,

    I'm about to launch a site very similar to http://videoweed.com.

    I'll need hosting to run this site, now the site will probably get pirated videos on it, but our policy entitles us to remove any file if it goes against copyright or a dmca is received.

    So we will follow the law to the full extent.

    As for space and bandwidth, my budget is $25 and i need a video site, throw me a package you think would meet my needs?
