depends on how you going to make the payment... if you going to pay by Credit Card then you can file chargeback after 2 or 3 months.... but under special condition you can file chargeback after 6 months or more.... if going to pay by paypal then you can bring your money back after 30 days or could be 60 days.... not sure but its not greater then 90 i guess...:D but if the person remove your Ads after 90 days then you cant get your money back from paypal.... so its better you join a 3rd party company like Adsense or bidvertiser to show your ads.... by this way you will be SAFE and you dont have to worry for losing your money.. and also if you want to show your ads for free then click my signature link for more details....:D

It means after after 4 months its not possible to get the money back from anywhere creditcard/paypal?
And what do you mean by "Chargeback"? Is it a request to pay the money back?

chargeback is a option provided by your credit card company because if your credit card get stolen and someone use it without your knowing, then you can file a chargeback to your credit card company and the bank or credit card issuer will bring the money back to you since someone else used your card...but to file a chargeback it take at least 30 days...

on paypal there is a option to setup a dispute.... if you buy a software from me using your paypal and i did not send you the software then you can ask paypal to bring your money back since you did not receive the product you have paid for.... but reversal is only allowed within first 30 or 60 days.. after that paypal will not bring your money back.... these are the two type of options you have to bring back your money if someone try to scam you.... but since you want to do long term contract so if the seller remove your ads after 2 months then there is nothing you can do to bring back your money... so i will suggest you to use a 3rd party company to display your ads... by doing this you will be safe and your ads will be shown in all the different sites....

I think the answer is: It depends.
If it's a mom-and-pop site or something bigger and more authoritative (and expensive) of course.

But for smaller site, I think you are taking a risk. I would suggest that you try to work a deal e.g. a 6 month down and then you continue, or monthly etc. Even if it means u will pay a bit more.

But for bigger sites, I wouldnt worry too much about it.

So incase of chargeback will the creditcard company catch hold of the person I sent money to and get the moeny from his account...?

If I file a dispute in case of paypal...what if the other person to I sent money does not have enough funds to pay me back?
