Selling Steady Adsense Revenue Top Ranked Global Warming Website (SemRush 10k)

Hi,

www.CausesOfGlobalWarming.net

This site fluctuates between 1st and 2nd on Google.com for the major term "Causes of Global Warming"

The site is online since March 2007 and is a static html content site.

I picked up a collection of niche sites (using www.KlickSolutions.com) as part of a deal I done a few weeks back and this is the first I am putting up for sale.

It has a Semrush valule of 10k and is a category killer domain.

I have no analytics installed and I have no past stats of adsense revenue (There was very little adsense with brutal placement on the site prior to me getting it)

I am sure this site could be monetised further via better ad placement or an affiliate scheme for carbon offsetting etc
