You're asking too much for a BRAND NEW site.

 

This is a standard price from what I've seen of other sites sell for on here.
10 page article sites often sell for $100 and I've put $225 as a BIN with an auction as well starting at only $60.

 

Actually, my mistake, I put $250 as a BIN but will drop it to $225.
These sites (with the sttaed word count) never sell for $60 or less and I just try 2 keep it more realistic than starting at $10 but if no takers, I will drop the starting bid.
Sold my last site: 20 page site flyfishingguide.org for $200 and had 2 bids and a $175 offer within an hour.

If anyone saw a broken link, which appeared on 3 pages, it has now been fixed. Thanks for bringing it to my attention Bart.
To answer Bart's question whilst 'mm here, auction is due to end on Sunday evening but seriously thinking about splitting site as mentioned above if I don't receive a decent offer as it seems smaller sites (of this nature) with lower prices are selling better at the moment.

The initial post says BIN $250 and Reserve: yes. The reserve was $200.

I put a reserve there for a reason as do other sellers. There's no way I'm going to sell a site with 10,000 words of unique content for $60.
