So Basically, I stay in Dubai and I'm interested in registering my company Online via DelawareInc.com. What do you guys think about it? Are there any problems in doing so? What are the requirements (if any) ? Also what about Taxes? DelawareInc says we dont need to pay taxes if we operate outside delaware but are registered with them. Is it so? Thank you very much Win Z
I don't think this is the right forum to get extensive information on this subject. Take your time to do some serious searches on Google and educate yourself prior to make the move. In Delaware (and Nevada) you are not subject to state taxes but you still have to pay the federal taxes (US) if you generate any business from within the USA.
