    These guys are horrible I lost $26 through them because I paid for 3 months in advance and left after a week because my uptime was like %70 and they had mail errors and more :-( And than I asked for a refund and they said it was too late because it says 7 days on their site . But it also states "True 99.9 percent uptime guarentee !" . I just filed a complaint through paypal.WORST WEBHOST I EVER HAD .

    I wish you luck, but I read something about intangible assets not being covered.

    Yes that intagible thing is true but if they dont respond to the complaint I heard you can still get the money back .

    Just a heads up on ultrixhosting,

    ultrixhosting was bought by a "company" called xmanaged.com The owner of xmanaged is a hacker who plays games with peoples sites including DDOS attacks, I would advise steering clear of his "companies"
