These guys take the cake. I signed up and my first month made some money, got paid on time. Second month, they hacked away over half my earnings, which didn't make very much sense doing everything white hat, but oh well. I was supposed to get paid on March 15 for Feb. earnings. They have a net 15 policy. Well here it is May 8th and I still haven't been paid. Most emails go unanswered. I finally got a hold of someone by contacting another account manager. I was told they would pay be via paypal (on April 10th). Now they do not return my emails. They still owe me $280. Not a ton of money, but hey, its a car payment. To be fair I wont flame the guy publicly who is my account manager at RP, but if you are curious, you can contact me privately via PM. I know there are some people out there who have had success with RP. Thats not what I am saying. I am just warning people that this stuff can happen with Rocket Profit. They are a very poorly run company. I would avoid them if you are thinking about signing up.
I think RP is good with payment. Anyhow contact Affiliate manager. I don't know why Affiliate Networks are not interested to pay affiliates on time. Lots of affiliates are facing these types of problem now these days.. I also have seen a thread of Incenatclick(CXdigital) on abestweb where affiliates are too angry from CXdigital due to not paying on time or cheating affiliate money. And even they are not giving proper answer of affiliates questions. We should do something to care Affiliates Rights. We should open a affiliates community to take action against these types of networks. Good networks care their affiliates too much... Affiliates already getting loss due to : Tracking Loss Competition Advertiser denied to pay Big investment.. and now.. Payment harassment.. What the hell is all this?
I have worked with several networks and never had a problem. Rocket Profit is the first group to give me any trouble. I don't know why. I have heard of lots of affiliate networks with holding money.
Stay away from RocketProfit. I made 48$ from emusic in rocketprofit almost 2 months ago but i never get any money. I have tried to contact them many times but they have never replied me! ROCKET PROFIT IS SCAM
I never worry about rocketprofit. Matt is always online and quick to reply...I have always been paid exactly on time no reversals, no surprises. Really surprised to read this thread....maybe something else is going on? Now synervation....that's another story, lol eta: RP is just a 25.00 payout, not 100
i just went to paypal last month and it was late, around the 18th. my other site is by check, and always at my house no later than the 20th, ever.
I wanted to address a couple issues that I am seeing in on this thread. There are only a couple of factors that come into play when dealing with affiliate payments. Rocket Profit deals exclusively with some of the best advertisers in the world, and pays out on Net 15 terms monthly. The only reasons that affiliates payments are held are when there are clear and blatant cases of fraud, spam, or improper or illegal marketing or promotion of an offer committed by the affiliate in question. In cases in which traffic is of poor quality, even if the advertiser holds payment, we still pay out our affiliates. We do our best to ensure timely payment to our affiliates, and offer check, wire, and paypal methods of payment. We understand that there have been months where payment via check does not arrive on the 15th exactly, and apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have plenty of affiliates who promote our offers legitimately who have great success with Rocket Profit. We are readily available at the number provided to you in your account at the top right corner. Every account is assigned an AM who is always available via email/phone/aim. Hi Gregg, I have to disagree with you. I have emails from Matt stating that I am going to get paid, not to worry, and it will come. So far nothing. Febs money and it is May? Somebody is lying somewhere. If you would care to elaborate, that would be wonderful. What would be even better would be paying the money your company owes. To all who might work with RP, my suggestion is don't. They say they pay at net 15 and a min of $25. I have $280.30 from FEB still waiting to show up. I also have emails from them saying the money would come. I provided my paypal info as they asked and still nothing. Please don't say no one warned you.
