Eddie, no conspiracy, i can give you my full history about eurosrv.com if you want.


However my ticket as been removed from the ticket list and the last ticket did closed with no reply.
We got a deal for a client of us from edward directly long time ago, before we start our VPS hosting package.

This vps are always active through, but after a migration directadmin get problem fixed now (after 2 weeks of ticket) this ticket are deleted from the ticket list, the whole VPS have an error with HDD, since this but just don't want to ask you again about this because, just afraid you cause more issue on the vps.

so we have moved the client to our new vps service so, is not a problem now.

You surely remember these issue with directadmin and migration.

Finally the last ticket i sent to you get a response after 3 days, then after reply closed with no response.

i dint know the OP, and don't know the real story just post my opinion since edward sell the compagny.

so there no conspiracy, have a nice day and we only suggest you to improve your support.

My sites were shut down today on eurosrv with no advance notice. I have all my bills paid and no reason the sites should be shut down.

Avoid Eurosrv. What kind of horrible company would do that without telling you ahead of time? I may as well have stuck with hostgator and paid less if I wanted that sort of service. Stay away.

Now your getting on my nerves. If you could shut up for just a couple of minutes and read what the owner was saying, maybe you would realize that your situation reads suspicious all over it. I don't know what your trying to employ to everyone, but cut the crap, seriously. From what I've read, all you've tried to do is scam the system and I don't feel bad at all for you; however whining and complaining because you didn't get it your way won't fix anything - stop whining, and take it up with the owners and I can guarantee you that you're problem will be fixed a lot quicker than crying over here. Its called professionalism and you seem to be lacking it completely.

 

Its not my fault they cant offer reliable hosting. I hardly even used the vps only like 200mb bw cause it was down so much. I have a reliable host now. When the old owners owned eurosrv.com it was way better I was using them for 6 months till the new guys came.

 

You're still missing the picture. Everything that you've said has only led me to believe that you're full of it. Going back and re-reading this post I noticed that the current owner even told you he would give you 3 free months just because you have been complaining, yet you still refuse to acknowledge that eurosrv is any what of a decent hosting provider.

I'll let you have your own opinions on the subject, I just hate to see a company continuously get bashed when they do what they are supposed to pretty damn good.

P.S. oh, fyi part of the old staff is working with the new owners and from my messages through the support system, things seem to be running very smooth.
