Stay away from DP member "Pilar" - Just another scammer

Hey guys,

This is an open warning to you all, as well as a question.
I've taken a job from 'Pilar' more than three weeks ago, job that I have completed within the time schedule (3-4 days) successfully based on his specifications.

Leaving aside the fact that this guy has absolutely no idea what he wants, I've also spent a couple of days explaining to him how his custom theme works.

After I made the work, I've sent the requested PayPal invoice twice and never heard of him. He did not reply to any private messages, any e-mails or on instant messaging. He changed the FTP password and he was online, although he never bothered replying or paying me for the work.

He was proud of having an unique custom theme on his website. Not anymore. For those interested, here is his Wordpress Template. This won't pay for the work I made, but it will make me feel better

Now, my question. I'd like to submit a negative iTrader to his permanent record to inform those who will be in the position of making business with him. Although he has all the guilt, what's keeping him to rate me negatively as well? Or if he does, can I object that in any way with valid proof?

I've got all the required logs and details.

Thanks for warning us and I like the fact you did that with the theme simply out of spite, then when he comes to sell his site people are going to notice that it's not so unique lol, ironic.

Leaving a negative iTrader is the best way though, you could post about what he did in the thread url you give, so other people would know your not to blame if he leaves you neg itrader.

he already has many neg itrader but you still made business with him. neg itraders do not seem to help.

 

Report it and explain why you want it unlocked, the mods may unlock it again for you so you can post about what happened.

 

Dude, it's quite simple, if you do not work according the agreements: no payment! I still do not understand people can cry when they know they were wrong. A deal is a deal and if you are lacking in communication etc. the deal is over, simple as that. No more comments from my end. Just wanted to respond on this childish behaviour of you.

And for the records, I have hired a new programmer to finish the COMPLETE job. He is working according the agreements we've made and you will see I will pay him. So I am not a scammer, I just stopped working with you since you cannot work according the agreements we've made.
