Your not the only one, I just noticed the same thing. I don't know what is wrong, but there is definitely some kind of problem with the CB stats today.
I've had no sales or even hops since about noon. I just hope all this stuff is getting logged somewhere/somehow.
I think a penis got caught in a hop in there mainframe, you know its ran off of linux using the apple mac kernel of corn.
No updates since at least 6 pm last night, and according to my other stats, i'm sure i've sent over 100 hops. They need to get their shit together. Does anyone else find it kind of strange that there is no contact form or email for any network problems. Only a fax number and a postal address. No direct email or phone number, unless i just can't find it. That's certainly the mark of a reputable company.
same, I actually just came on DP to ask this exact same question, should have over 500 hops by now on average... 0.. scary.. heh
So, does this mean we will lose sales? do you think they will still update our sales even if they happened during this "glitch"
730am pst here and should have around 100 hops ... have zip, zero, nada. I noticed around 6pm pst last night that the hamster had died.
I also have had no hoplinks reported in analytics since noon yesterday, but had a sale last night and one this morning, and both alerted me via email notification. I'm sure they will come out with a message soon saying the analytics are delayed. They probably aren't even in the office yet to know there is a problem.
I didn't even know there was email notification for sales.... thats awesome, does it email immediateyl upon sale? im going to set that up now, would save me a lot of refreshes I assume its the "Transaction Email" in the account settings? Thanks for the great tip... REP to you my friend
