Stats Program Development Question

    I am looking for someone who has essentially developed or is extremely familiar with the coding of a multi-site/user statistics program. I want to offer website stats to various webmasters with a couple of extra features that would be helpful etc. Trying to build a better mousetrap and need to find someone to discuss existing solutions and ideas with that could build what I want if needed.

    sorry if this clutters the post but if you do build one make it track if the user clicked a link out or just navigated away. External link tracking is a nice option and only one service offers it that I know of. It's nice to know what people are clicking to leave your site or if they just navigate away another way without clicking an external link.
