Stats problem

For the past few days one of my sites is not showing stats. I use Awestats to check hits.

I contacted support and they informed me that it was caused by a cpanel bug. Anyone experiencing the same problems?

    Thanks.

They need to rotate their logs. The logfiles are getting too big; and they get stuck. Or since they use cpanel; they can run a command that will run your logs only, which might solve your issue. It would be better for them to clear the apache logfiles.

I've got the same problem. But for me it happens only every now and again.

I contacted support and they ran some cron jobs on each of the sites i have with them which seemed to fix it. Well, at least its still working.
