Stats going wild???? please help me

    For past 5 days my Adsense stats is going wild.....

    Impression: 28,405
    Clicks: 82
    Page CTR : 0.29%
    Page eCPM : $0.18
    earnings : $4.02


    Even my bandwidth consumption is around 300GB/month i.e 12GB/day
    And uniques going upto 14K

    Am i highly invaded by robots and crawlers ????

    You are probably being visited by a high traffic site like Stumble Upon or similar.

    The ctr and eCPM are really low. Try some affilates.

    your CTR is way too low. use analytics or your host stat to see where the traffic coming from. you need to have knowledge of your traffic to take action

    It seems that the traffic is high but the return is poor. Use a good traffic tracker like analytics or statcounter and find out the source of traffic. If you are offended by the robots, then you can prevent their crawling rate or frequency of visit by suitable modification in the robots.txt file and prevent the excessive bandwidth usage. If it is due to increase in the unique visitors, then better monetization of site can be done by suitable ad placements and blending of the ads with the contents :)

    It could be a very amateur DDoS (Distributed Denial-of-Service) attack that is not quite sophisticated enough to work. At any rate, your first step is to figure out who these visitors are, and if you even want them on your site.
