Stats going down because of Holidays?

I noticed that a few weeks ago, I had been getting consistent stats from same locations, but those same locations are now delivering a lot less people, especially Google.

Did anyone else notice stats going down because of holidays? That's my theory anyway.

I didn't do anything different really.

It happens every year. Many people travel and are just not as into the Internet during the holidays. I have noticed it every year at this time. The same thing happens in the summer months.

Yeah, there is a decline in traffic and revenue during the "winter vacation"(December holidays and New years)...

In the second week of January all should be back to normal.

Yeah, my traffic is down 40%.
It was increasing really nicely up until December 16th or so (right when Winter break started). I'm guessing a lot of people who visit my site are college kids and young adults.

K whew! I thought it was just me. I guess if we're thinking productivity, we should also be taking breaks from our sites and doing as customers are doing.

Oh yeah, I almost had no traffic on Christmas day. This really isn't abnormal. My traffic is fluctuating and I expect it to continue to do so until everyone gets off the toys they got for Christmas and gets back online doing their normal routines. We still have New Years to go. :)

Yup. Traffic goes down. Adsense earnings go down. Next year I am going on holiday as well. Such a waste of time and money hanging around in this season.
