Stats dont match

    I have a site with adsense and have statcounter installed for stats.

    Now statcounter shows only 3 pagevisits and adsense is showing 40 visits (with a click)?

    I have this experience that adsense usually shows less stats than analytics/statcounter but its opposite in my case.

    Any clues?

    how many ads do u have on ur page.

    I think adsense show how many ads were showen.
    for example if u have a skyscraper with 4 ads and a big rectangle wth 5 ads.

    and only 1 person visits that page, adsense will tell that there was 9 page impression.
    but actualy was only one, the that person show 9 different ads from different advertisers.

    No, i dont think its like that because the rest of my sites have their stats perfectly normal.

    Its just one site which is giving a difference in statcounter and adsense stats.
