Selling Static website with earnings and great potential! - $10+ per month

Selling this website as I do not have time to focus on that anymore and it has great potential in some keywords so traffic can be increased a lot with not much work. I want to say that few weeks ago it improved rank on google and now much more traffic than before. So, earnings improved recently and if you want earnings proofs from previous months they are not so high!

The biggest point here is that it has very low click rate of 0.40% on ads. I really don't know why because I have couple of sites using same design with better rate. But, I am not good in monetizing websites. I know how to rank them high but when monetizing I only use adsense (even not good in that). So I suppose for someone who is good with monetizing can easy make it over $30 per month. Maybe some product sales or such things.

Bad things about this website:
- Rubbish static design
- Not so high click % on ads (0.40%)

Good things about:
- High google positions (Almost all the traffic is organic, from google)
- All the links built are permanent, and not spammy links but relevant ones, from dental or health sites (+ some from article dirs)
- Long term topic - will not outdate! (so, not like tech topics in which models get older but topic will not be outdated very long)
- It has 100% unique content. Domain is bought by me, so I am first owner so no risk of bad history
- It is pretty easy niche and potential keywords are already high on google so with not much work can be improved a lot!

Now some stats:
- Around 130 visits per day according to awstats
- Earned $11 in january (till 28th january)
- Domain Authority of 27 by SEOMoz
- All the inner pages have Page authority around 20, some even close to 30
- 114 backlinks (45 root domains) by SEOMoz open site explorer

p.s. it is shown €8.33 in adsense because it is in euro. That is around $11
