Static URL for FB

    How do I make my facebook fan page say facebook.com/companyname , rather than facebook.com/pages/companyname/4585874!/ ?

    We want to market our fan page and I see others do it with a static URL.

    just go to your page and click edit

    then on the left side click on the marketing tab and you will see the option to change the link

    Keep in mind you must have 25+ people "like" your page in order to get a custom vanity URL.

    To stop spammers building up a huge number of links for "cutest puppy ever" and the switching the content to "hard core" or a scam.
