Static Site or Built-In Script for Marketing a Hosting Business ?

    I want to know what's the best option for promoting/marketing a web hosting business a static HTML based site or a built-in php script based site.

    Any good suggestions will be highly appreciated.

    Well for function you will probably want to go with a php-built website. Since there are already scripts out there you would just need to apply your design. This would be the easiest way.
