Static site, no updates, PR4, $6 per day with adsense

I'm selling the following site which I purchased at the end of August at sitepoint.

stats: about 900 page impressions according to google adsense per day. Almost 90% of the visitors come from the United States, Great Britain and Canada. More than 76% is search engine traffic from Google.

revenue: solid $6.62 per day, $8 per day from text-link-ads
other information: Yahoo directory entry, Wikipedia entry, great keyword ranking for camel spiders and camel spider in google.

I bought the site, optimized layout and adsense and bought 5 additional articles that I placed on the website. There is no work involved in running the website. There is still enough potential to optimize the website (see below).

Potential: Someone with SEO skills should be able to make it to second or first place for the relevant keywords. I was looking for a shop that was selling dead or living camel spiders but had no luck. The shop is not generating revenue.

ghacks, the average daily from adsense in Nov/Dec seems like $8+, but in Jan, it's down to $4+, any specific reasons or major/minor changes done during that time ?

Can you post traffic referral stats ?
About Text Link Ads income, is that $8 a day or $8 a month ?

 

Honey I did not change anything in January. I did remove images that have been next to the ads on December 19th. but this did not seem to have a influence. It could be a seasonal drop which recovers at the moment. Not sure.

So total revenue per month for January would be projected at around $130/month correct? $4.00/day plus 8/month from tla. If this is the case I'd be willing to go to $950.

I have no need of selling this website and there is no particular reason for doing so. I know that the price looks a bit to much when you only look at the earnings of January but I'm confident that this is going to change.

Thanks for all the offers. site has been sold just a few minutes ago on this forum by pm. I'm sorry that I did not answer all of the questions but I was busy working today and just came back to see that someone already send me money to my paypal account.

I still think that this site is a great purchase for that price, it is definitely no cheap bargain but it is a solid site that requires no attention whatsoever.
