hi, I'm providing an exciting offer of website design and development @ just 60$. I can built sites in php with paypal integrated payment systems. But right now i'm offering just static sites. My previous designs can be referred to view my coding skills n designing methods. Ull have to pay 50% after layout is finalised. Site will be completed with in 3 working days after layout is finalised.If you have your design or any ideas related to same ready n need just coding then it will be just 40$ for max 10 pages.Also i can provide site in 2 languages (English n German) but translating content in German will cost 50$ more if content is less negotiation are valid. Work will start aftr 21st april. All the material should be provided by the customers (content , images etc).
