Static Page or Blog Post???

    Hi All,

    I'm developing a new page on my site to market one of my keywords. I have a WP site and I want to know which would be best for marketing the page: a static page or a blog post? I'm putting a list of pros and cons for each together but perhaps someone in here has information that will help me decide.

    All helpful feedback is appreciated.

    i would choose WP, maybe its because its easy to manage, lots of supports and plugin to support your campaign. But if you are a coder yourself, it's better to build site from scratch

    Thanks for your feedback saladflorida - however, I already have a WP site.

    My question is I should use a blog post or a static page to market my keyword? Is one better than the other for the SERPs?
