Static Links

From an SEO point of view, which is better to do for my network of 50 sites:

    1) Static link to 3 of my other domains from each domain.

    or

    2) Link to 3 domains, but have them change every time the page is reloaded. The links would be randomly pulled from a list using PHP. So my domain links to site A/B/C on one load, and then D/E/F on reload.

    Does it even matter?

    Thanks.

I wouldnt link to 50 sites, this probably would create a linkfarm effect, are the websites all on the same IP and on the same web server. If yes dont do it, a couple on your most important websites should be okay though.

That is a good point, but I thought it might not matter if I only linked to a few from each domain.

I have 3 different IPs to work with.
