static ip adress for adsense account

friends,i am to adsense
for having google adsense account we need static ip address
can any one reply to this

 

nope you do not need a static ip address for adsense account its k if you have a static ip, address but if you do not have a static ip address it is still k

when i using dynamic ip,how can google identicfy,clicking on my adds,
ip changes when ever i start the system

 

google use more than just ur ip address to register unique clicks, including mac address, browser, operating system, etc..
