    Shawn,

Is their an option to allow Customer Number to appear on statements? I looked quickly but did not see it. Thanks.

You can swap customer number with login on Invoices (I'm not 100% sure, but I think it also applies to statements). It's under Invoice Setup.

I have had customer number appearing on invoices for sometime and when I generate a statement before I click "Preview, Print or Email" I can see the customer number on the statement. When I select any of the three prompts it does not appear.
Running version 3.3.7 if that helps troubleshoot

I double-checked and it shows on the statement when I generate a statement. Can you fax or scan a copy of what you are seeing?

The fancy invoices only show it on the return stub, if you want it to be like it shows before the preview, you would need to switch to the non-fancy invoice format.
