Spammed by LLL com investor

Got an interesting email today from someone I do not personally know and it made me think. Normally (and no thanks to the whois showing my reg details online  ) I get people emailing me with the likes of bobs-web-123.com or toms-internet-insurance-quotes-2010.com  stating it's on the aftermarket and available to purchase, but this time it's from an LLL com seller/investor. It's a first for me and makes me wonder if the generic .com owners will be next. Follow this trend I can imagine the day I get gestured an email offer for the purchasing of Buckets.com or Paper.com To me this email seems to reflect the state of the global economy, even for the so called 'safe blue chip domains'.

This kind of thing has been happening for a long time. I get notices from a company called Domain Names of America trying to sell me .com versions of domains I already own in other TLDs. Best thing to do is just trash the email and dont reply.

There are always scam artists and dodgy companies trying to catch people unawares.
