It's really pretty sad, and the main reason is because of inflated insurance premiums and federal involvement that don't let them become a truly private Community hospital. http://www.ksnt.com/news/local/11065121.html Wish there were more of these. I had a terrible experience at the government funded hospitals in California. I can't even imagine what the VA must be like, and the town in the article is home to a large portion of troops from Fort Riley, Kansas. That is why they have so many patients in such a small hospital. They're doing what they can to upgrade. They have a new completely wifi network setup for the entire campus, and they even have a dedicated room for a permanent MRI Machine, just no funds to buy one. The doctors claim this could save lives all over the community even at Fort Riley, and I believe them, so I'm asking you to go to http://www.ccmcks.org/ and vote for them... EVERY DAY (if you can). It will help so much. The leading hospitals are barely even supposed to be in the competition because of their size, but a couple got around it on a technicality. Also the top rated video is for a hospital that is already getting millions in federal disaster relief. Another MRI for them is just fluff. Help me fight for the underappriciated underdog! We all know how powerful it can be.
Thanks for all the help getting views over the weekend! Normally, the community doesn't vote much on the weekend, and they were starting to fall behind because of it. Now they will see that they have some support on the weekends and they will be re-ignited to vote EVERY DAY!
