If the citizens of the State of Kentucky want to spend their money on non-US or non-Kentucky based gambling sites, it is their choice NOT his. Strong arm government tactics at work, again. Let me guess, he is a Bush supporter.

But I don't get it how can they do it? I mean practically, what if the domain is moved to a different registrar company, say in UK? how can they just grab a domain name - it's not within Kentucky's or even USA jurisdiction.. ?

No, what Social.Network really means is that Social.Network doesn't know what the heck he's talking about but if it's something he doesn't like or agree with then he's a Bush supporter. It'd help if Social.Network did his research before opening his mouth.

mjewel - What was posted in the Herald Leader was that Beshear feels that the internet gambling sites are undermining the horse racing "by creating untaxed competition". Beshear is also working to get casino's in Kentucky as well. The way I see it is that Beshear is fine with gambling so long as he gets a cut of the profits (taxes).

For your information, I read the news and the court order. I do not need to answer to you know it all. "The way I see it ..." whatever. He is another reckless politician that has his own agenda. The citizen's of Kentucky can gamble anywhere they want to and it is not your or his choice. His cut of the tax for "his" state and special interests too.
