Man this niche is sautrated to the max, that and weightloss, make money online etc... please give something unique here!!!
I don't agree with patchkaa that weight loss niche is saturated. Go and search with open eyes and you can see a lot of money on the table still crying .
Even if there are 1000's of products (actually there are) in this niche or weight loss, these are multi-billion dollar industries, demand is very high and let's face it, supply of good quality products is not very good. Cheers and good luck again.
Thanks! And I will give free copies to anyone who makes 1 sale. I will agree with you that there IS competition in this niche. But you can't be scared of competition! Highly competitive niches are competitive for a reason. They Convert like CRAZY! Weight loss, make money online, ect... are all super competitive things because there is HUGE money to be made in them. You can dig deep for mirco niches and make a sale or two a day... but if you ever want to get the big $500-$1000 day clickbank accounts you see pictures of... then you NEED to be in a competitive niche. And by the way, there are literally THOUSANDS of long tailed keywords perfect for article marketing in this niche. Also, I my CPC with google and yahoo for the some of the most competitive terms is at about .48 a click... which is DIRT CHEAP compared to weight loss and make money. Ever since the CAVE MAN TIMES people have been trying to win back the heart of there loved ones. It's a niche that's ALWAYS been hot...and ALWAYS Will be. This is the type of industry you build a LONG TERM business in because it will make you money for YEARS and YEARS to come. Building a list is HUGE in this niche. You can sell to people over and over again. Like 3 product just so happen to come out around the same time. I've been working on this product for months before and I had no clue that 2 similar products where coming out. Some Updates... I am currently split testing the price point just by direct linking PPC... and I will send an email to my affiliates with the results once I hit about 500 clicks or so. The product has only been on the marketplace for 2 days and the conversions so far have been excellent. 1 affiliate made over $230 bucks TODAY alone. He is converting at about 1 in 20. Great point made by danc1122, comparing this to Water4Gas doesn't really make sense. This is a much more long term niche that shouldn't be going anywhere anytime soon. Similar to weight loss in that way. That's part of the reason I decided to go into weight loss myself despite it being such a competitive market. It's also a long term market and if you have long term goals - that's a great thing. If you just want to go in and out of markets, maybe it's not what you're looking for.

Obviously that's a testimonial... since when does a testimonial need to have perfect grammar? Am I suppose to make testimonials look like their written by a grammar expert that way they all look fake? And yes it's a new product, so of course there are some small grammar errors here and there. Not sure why your wondering how I managed to "push this product on CB marketplace" considering one affiliate already made over $250 in a day.
I must say you seem to be very hostile, judging from your responses. Not the best way to get affiliates. Also I apologize if I insulted you when I said looks like a repeat of water 4 gas I did not mean, that it was a fad. I meant people see that there is a one or two really successful products and then, seems like every other day you see a new copy cat product. Just seeing all these get back your ex products pop up at the same time reminded me of when every other day I would a new "water 4 gas" product.
After reading back through my last post... I can see why you would think that! lol. Although, I don't think I came across as "hostile" in any other post...If I did, then I didn't mean too and sorry if I insulted anyone. Anyways, I'm still testing the price point between 47 and 39. At the moment, the 47 is converting better which is somewhat of a surprise to me. I am also making some adjustments to the salespage which will be uploading in a few hours or so. So if it's a new product it means it should be full of grammar errors? I wouldn't even thought of getting it out there in the first place. If the copy is bad, then what about the product.. I'm trying to help you and not making insults or any personal attack.
UPDATE: I've been split testing the price point in adwords for almost 2 weeks now and $39 is bringing in a better ROI. So, the price has changed which means better conversions. I've continued to make adjustments here and there to the copy and conversions are improving daily. In the last 15 days...the conversion rate is 2%. Of course that number doesn't mean much because it's all about targeted traffic. I have a few affiliates who consistently convert about 1 in 20 and other have had over 100 hops with no sales. So again, it all comes down to how targeted the traffic is and the presell. I will admit that I DID make a mistake... This is my first product and I completely rushed the salespage just to "get it out" there. Obviously, that wasn't a very smart move because there was tons of grammar errors and the copy itself just looked bad. Good new is, I've been tweaking the copy and fixing most of the grammar errors and also having a "expert" from the warrior form proofread it. So, the first week after I "launched" it was a bit of a mess... but I've been working hard and cleared up a lot of the problems. The one smart thing I did was hire a very good writer over at the warrior forum to create the product itself. She did a great job on it and I expect to have a very low refund rate.
