Buying Startup Web Hosting VPS - Specific and >$20 p/Month?

    Hey guys,

    It's been awhile since I have been doing online work but I am back and looking to restart an old endeavor of mine. This is normally my first place to look for hosting and I hope it works well.

    I am looking to start Web Hosting so the server MUST include the latest cPanel/WHM.
    WHM Features Requested: Fantastico
    Add-On Features Requested: WHMCS (Included or additional fee, not required)

    Space Requirements: 150+ GB Disk Space, 1TB + Bandwidth
    Server Requirements: 3+GB Memory (If burstable to 3GB, 2 GB allowed)
    Features Requested: Daily Backups, 2 IP's to start.

    PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE BUDGET FOR THIS. LOOKING FOR >$20 p/Month if possible. I can be influenced differently but not too far.
