I am looking for either an individual or company to provide 24/7 live chat, ticket and phone support for our web host. The phone support is not a must, but would be nice if it fits our budget. Requirements: -Experience with cPanel/WHM in a hosting environment is a must -Must be absolutely fluent in English -Knowledge of WHMCS billing system is a plus, but not required. -Able to answer both technical questions and pre-sales questions from clients and potential customers. Do not bother if you only have basic technical skills in the field. You will need to diagnose and solve client's problems in a quick and efficient manner. I am also looking for someone to have on call to assist with systems administration issues. It would be extra great if you had the skills to be able to do that as well, but getting a separate person to this is not out of the question. Our web host is just starting out, so the work load would be fairly small right now. Our budget for this is quite small since it will not take a lot of work, but as the company grows so will the workload and the pay. PM me your quotes for this.
