You might want to fix the title. It says "startpartnership.com $5for the best review", while your post says 35..

PS. Great site, I was looking for something like that for a while...

I reviewed your site and I am not amused . You may improve the following.

1. You have a great logo but is too small. Make it larger, by 20-30%
2. The "Welcome to the StartPartnership.com!" section is nice, but it is too much text. Explain your site with less sentences. Also, it is nice to welcome your visitors to your site.
3.This domain has great potential. Make it brandable and create a slogan for your site.
4. Register Now. Section is not needed. Just put there a button or a text link with register now.
5. Put the "Top 10 Stats " section or only the "Most Viewed Threads" section just below the "» Log In" section, why? That may attract new visitors to read a thread and stay longer on your forums.
6. How about a "best rated thread" section? That may attract your users not to start crap threads and so on.
7. You have a too large forums discription just like:
